  • Our delivery timelines are as follows:
    1. All the orders will be dispatched and shipped within 1-3 working days.
      Standard delivery timeline PAN India: 5-9 working days.
    2. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In the event of a high volume of orders, there might be a delay of a few days in the shipment process. Allow additional transit days for delivery. If there is a substantial delay in the shipment of your order, please contact us via email or telephone. Though the platform will not be responsible in case there is any delay on the part of Shipping Services or logistic services, that is out of the control of the Celebrar Gifts.
  1. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or WhatsApp message. This communication will include your tracking number(s) for reference. Note that the tracking numbers provided will become active within 24 hours.

  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Celebrar Gifts is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes incurred on your order. Any charges imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  1. Cancellation Policy

For non-customized orders, Celebrar Gifts allows cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations can be approved as long as the box has not been dispatched. However, orders containing any form of customization or personalization are not eligible for cancellation.
