Refund policy

  1. Replacements
    1. Return or exchange requests will be considered solely for products that are received in a damaged or incorrect condition.Β 
    2. The buyer or recipient must notify Celebrar Gifts of any damaged or incorrect products within 7 days of receiving the goods.
    3. Customers claiming missing items or damaged products are required to provide an unedited unboxing video as evidence. The complete video should be shared via email at hello@celebrargifts.com.
    4. The following items are non-returnable:
      1. Gift cards
      2. Personal hygiene items (e.g., menstrual cup)
      3. Personalized or customized products
      4. Partial refunds may be provided in certain situations, contingent upon the circumstances. This applies to items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error.
    5. Once all the above guidelines are met, your exchange request will be processed within 24 to 48 hours.
  2. Refunds (If Applicable)
    1. Once the photos/videos are received and inspected,
    2. Celebrar Gifts will verify the damaged product and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
    3. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 1 working day from our end and credited to your original method of payment within 2-3 business days. Refunds will be processed after deducting 18% GST, shipping fees, RTO fees, or 5% transaction fees, whichever is applicable.
