    You brief us

    Day 1

    Headcount, budget, who's getting what, when you need it. One conversation, thirty minutes. If you already have a list, send it as is - we'll work with whatever shape it's in.

    Pick from the catalogue, or we build to your brief

    Within 3 working days

    If something in the catalogue already works, tell us and we'll cost it for your quantity - you can approve the same day. If you'd rather we build something specific, we source, sample and come back with a shortlist and pricing per hamper. One round of changes is standard.

  3. 03

    You approve. We build.

    2–3 weeks

    Once you sign off, we handle procurement, branding, personalisation, packing and quality checks. You'll get progress updates without having to ask for them.

  4. 04

    We deliver

    By Diwali

    Dispatched to one office or to individual addresses across India, with tracking shared for every consignment. Anything that fails delivery, we chase and resend.

Working backwards from Diwali on Nov 8, the last date to start is Oct 10. Briefs after that, we take case by case.

Questions we get asked most.

What's the minimum order?

We work best from 50 gifts upward. Smaller lists are possible for client or leadership gifting - tell us your numbers in the form and we'll say honestly whether we're the right fit.

What do hampers cost?

It depends on what's inside and who it's for. Share your per-gift budget and headcount, and you'll have options in that range within three working days. We build to your budget rather than pushing you to a fixed package.

How long does it take?

Two to three weeks from approval, plus a few days to finalise the shortlist. Working back from Diwali on Nov 8, Oct 10 is the last comfortable date to start. Later briefs, we'll tell you straight away if we can do it.

Where do you deliver?

Across India.

Can we add our logo?

Yes - on packaging, on cards, or both. We'll show you exactly how it'll look before anything gets printed.

Can different people get different hampers?

Yes. Splitting a list by team, seniority or relationship is standard for us, and it comes back as one order with one invoice.

Do we get a GST invoice?

Yes, a single GST invoice for the full order.

What are the payment terms?

An advance to begin procurement, balance before dispatch. Exact split depends on order size and we'll confirm it with your quote.

What if something arrives damaged?

We replace it. Tell us within a week of delivery and we'll dispatch a replacement at our cost. Video proof of unpacking the order
